COINFOLIO – TERMS OF USE

Welcome to CoinFolio. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CoinFolio website (coinfolio.com) and any related tools, features, content, or technology provided by Stuppler & Company, Inc. (“CoinFolio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Overview of the Services

CoinFolio provides a digital platform that allows users to track and organize their personal portfolios of physical numismatic coins; view pricing information and estimated valuations obtained from third-party sources; store images, notes, and descriptive details; and receive curated suggestions based on their collection. CoinFolio does not buy, sell, trade, broker, appraise, authenticate, or grade coins. These Services are for informational and personal-use purposes only.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and accept responsibility for all activity under your credentials.

3. Important Limitations of the Services

CoinFolio is not a marketplace or dealer. It provides no authentication, appraisal, or investment advice. Numismatic valuations are subjective and may vary.

4. Third-Party Valuation Data (Price Guide)

CoinFolio displays pricing data via a connection to a third-party valuation and grading service (“Price Guide”), such as the NGC price guide. Valuation data is provided “as is,” may be inaccurate or incomplete, and is for informational purposes only. You may also update this information manually.

5. User Content and Portfolio Information

You may upload or enter portfolio data and images. You grant CoinFolio a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process such User Content solely to operate the Service.

6. Linkage With MintStateGold.com

CoinFolio may offer optional ability to link your portfolio or account to mintstategold.com, also owned by Stuppler & Company, Inc. Linking is user-initiated and governed by the Mint State Gold Terms and Privacy Notice. Only minimal necessary information is shared, and no buying or selling occurs via CoinFolio.

7. No User Interaction or Messaging (Subject to Change)

CoinFolio does not currently offer user-to-user messaging or communication features. If added later, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Services, including scraping or exporting valuation data, using bots, reverse-engineering systems, or uploading unlawful content.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content is owned by CoinFolio or third-party licensors and may not be copied or redistributed. Pricing data is owned by Price Guide and subject to its rights.

10. Privacy, Cookies, and GPC

Use of the Services is governed by, and you hereby acknowledge and agree to, CoinFolio’s Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and California Notice of Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing (collectively, the “Privacy Documents”), each of which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy with respect to the collection, use, disclosure, or other processing of personal information, the Privacy Policy will control. The Privacy Policy (and, as applicable, the California Notice of Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing) describes how certain U.S. state residents, including California residents, may exercise their privacy rights. CoinFolio honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described in the Privacy Policy and related Privacy Documents.

11. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” CoinFolio disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of valuations, and does not guarantee authenticity or condition of any item.

12. Limitation of Liability

CoinFolio is not liable for direct, indirect, consequential or financial damages arising from reliance on valuation data. Our liability to you for any errors in the service is capped at the amount of the fees you have paid over the preceding twelve months for the CoinFolio service. This service is free.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CoinFolio against claims arising from misuse, User Content, or breach of Terms.

14. Governing Law

California law applies. Venue lies in Los Angeles County, California.

15. Termination

CoinFolio may suspend or terminate access for violations.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance.
